A Stationary Whore?

Okay, so I just ordered bday invitations for Buddha's first bday. Most would buy these at Target, or make them at home. Nope! My sense of duty to give him only the best made me drop a small fortune on handmade cards with vellum overlays and elaborate ribbon. I know its not necessary, but I will admit, I am a whore for stationary. I love it! Buddha has had personalized Crane's Stationary since he was born. How ridiculous am I?

The other side to my evil, is that I am not only a stationary whore, but alas, a stationary snob. Everytime I get stationary in the mail I inspect it. Is it cotton woven? Is it Crane's? That font is inappropriate for a wedding invitation. What lb of paper is it?

All of this, and yet I eat $.99 Totino's pizzas on a very regular basis.
